WHEN: 2022-12-23 02:00 ~ 05:00 HKT (UTC +8)
WHAT: We confirmed some performance issues caused by misbehaving memory. We blame this on vibration caused by transport during data center reallocation.

We have migrated VM influenced by this issue to another hypervisor. Your VM has been rebooted. We are sorry for the inconvenience.



WHEN: Start from 2022-12-23 09:00:00 HKT (UTC+8)
WHAT: We have encountered disk errors on one of our hypervisors that may cause all VPS services terminated starting today. About 30 or more VPSs are affected. We deeply apologize for the service interruption. We are coping with the difficulties in recovering the data and restarting all services. At the moment you and/or other customers are informed, we estimate a period of 2~6 hours to fix this issue. We are also pleased to respond to any questions about this outage.
1. One of the hard disks of the RAID10 system is reported unrecoverable data corruption. Two or more hard disks have triggered the file system to recover data.
2. In a worst-case scenario, all disk data of the affected VPSs are permanently lost.
3. We are switching the services to a new hypervisor and turning on new VPSs, by copying the original configuration. Access to the new VPSs will be granted to you and/or other customers.

WHEN: 2022-12-23 17:00 HKT (UTC +8)
WHAT: We have migrated VM being influenced by the previous incident to another hypervisor. You may check your VM at our control panel.
Please note that the data in your VM's disk might already be corrupted.
You can rebuild your VM to recover service if needed. We already backed up what still stays on these disks, and we will dig into it deeper and give feedback to customers.
If your VM is not backing to life, please open a ticket or contact us directly.
